29.1-300 - Unlawful to hunt, trap or fish without license.

§ 29.1-300. Unlawful to hunt, trap or fish without license.

It shall be unlawful to hunt, trap or fish in or on the lands or inlandwaters of this Commonwealth without first obtaining a license, subject to theexceptions set out in § 29.1-301.
