29.1-325 - Evidence that applicant entitled to license.

§ 29.1-325. Evidence that applicant entitled to license.

The clerk or agent shall require any applicant to make affidavit or tofurnish other satisfactory evidence that he is entitled to the licenseapplied for before issuing the license.
