§ 29.1-508. Board to prescribe seasons, bag limits and methods of taking andkilling fish and game on lands and waters owned or controlled by Board.
The Board is hereby authorized to adopt rules and regulations to prescribeand enforce the seasons, bag limits and methods of taking fish and game onlands and waters owned by the Board and on lands owned by others butcontrolled by the Board.
