§ 29.1-824. Appeals to Court of Appeals; bond.
Either party may appeal from the decision of the court to the Court ofAppeals. Such appeals shall be taken and prosecuted in the same manner andwith like effect as is provided by law in other cases appealed as a matter ofright to the Court of Appeals.
