§ 3.2-104. Commissioner may serve on board of national tobacco trust entity.
The Commissioner may serve in his official capacity on the board of directorsof any entity established to ensure the implementation in the Commonwealth ofa national tobacco trust established to provide payments to tobacco growersand tobacco quota owners to ameliorate adverse economic consequencesresulting from a national settlement of states' claims against tobaccomanufacturers.
