§ 3.2-1409. Referenda results; action of Governor.
If the Governor finds any referendum in order and that at least a simplemajority of those voting are in opposition to the continuation of theassessment on corn, he shall so proclaim and upon such proclamation theassessment on corn shall be discontinued. If the Governor finds that at leasta simple majority of those voting are in favor of the continuation of theassessment on corn, the Governor shall not so proclaim.
