3.2-3714 - Duty of attorneys for the Commonwealth.

§ 3.2-3714. Duty of attorneys for the Commonwealth.

It shall be the duty of each attorney for the Commonwealth withresponsibility for the enforcement of this chapter, and to whom any violationis reported, to commence proceedings and prosecute in an appropriate courtwithout delay.
