§ 3.2-3810. Penalty for violation.

A. The Commissioner may refuse, suspend, or cancel any license uponsatisfactory evidence that the applicant or licensee has violated any of theprovisions of this chapter or regulations adopted hereunder.

B. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or regulationsadopted hereunder or interfering in any way with the Commissioner in thedischarge of his duties herein is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
