§ 3.2-4208.1. Joint and several liability.
For each nonparticipating manufacturer located outside the United States,each importer into the United States of any such nonparticipatingmanufacturer's brand families that are sold in Virginia shall bear joint andseveral liability with such nonparticipating manufacturer for deposit of allescrow due under § 3.2-4201, payment of all penalties imposed in accordancewith § 3.2-4201, and payment of all costs and attorney fees imposed inaccordance with this article.
