§ 3.2-4735. Venue.
Civil suits and criminal prosecutions arising by virtue of any provision ofthis article may be commenced and tried in: (i) the city or county where theproducts were received by the commission merchant; (ii) the city or countywhere the principal place of business of the commission merchant is locatedwithin the Commonwealth; or (iii) the city or county where the violationoccurred.
