§ 3.2-4740. Bond required.
Each application shall be accompanied by a good and sufficient bond in theminimum sum of $1,000 or in such greater amount as is equal to the maximumamount of gross business the applicant does in any month in the Commonwealthduring the preceding licensing year, but in no event shall the amount of bondrequired exceed $40,000.
