§ 3.2-4905. Disposition of funds collected.
All fees and assessments received by the Commissioner under this chaptershall be paid into the Feed, Lime, Fertilizer and Animal Remedies Fund,established in § 3.2-3617, to be used in carrying out the provisions of thischapter.
