§ 3.2-5113. Employees with contagious or infectious disease.
No employer shall knowingly permit or require any person to work in any placewhere food is manufactured, produced, prepared, processed, packed, orexposed, who is afflicted with any contagious or infectious disease, or withany skin disease.
