§ 3.2-5133. Failure to obey such notice and warning a misdemeanor.
Any person owning or operating any place where any food or drink products aremanufactured, stored, deposited, or sold, failing to obey such notice andwarning, or permitting filthy or unsanitary conditions to exist after anotice of previous violation has been issued, provided the violation occurredwithin 90 days after notice and warning has been issued, is guilty of a Class1 misdemeanor.
