§ 3.2-5624. Certain packages to show price per single unit of weight,measure, or count.
In addition to the declarations required by § 3.2-5623 of this chapter, anycommodity in package form, the package being one of a lot containing randomweights, measures, or counts of the same commodity and bearing the totalselling price of the package, shall bear on the outside of the package aplain and conspicuous declaration of the price per single unit of weight,measure, or count.
