§ 3.2-5640. Certain merchants to provide scales for use of customers.
Any person engaged, in the sale of items by weight from a self-service bulkdisplay, shall make available a scale for use by his customers and shall uponrequest provide customer assistance in weighing of all commodities. The scaleshall be accurate and maintained in good working order.
