§ 3.2-5819. Falsification or presealing of weight certificate by licensedweighmaster; delegation of authority to unlicensed person.
Any licensed public weighmaster who falsifies a weight certificate, or whodelegates his authority to any person not licensed as a licensed publicweighmaster, or who preseals a weight certificate with his official sealbefore performing the act of weighing, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
