§ 3.2-6101. Authority to adopt regulations.
The Commissioner, with the approval of the Board, may adopt regulationsreasonably necessary to carry out the intent and purposes of this chapter andthat facilitate the tracing and identification of cattle and affordprotection against stealing and unlawful dealing in cattle.
