§ 3.2-807. Inspection of premises and conveyances.
To effectuate the purpose of this chapter, the Commissioner may makereasonable inspections of any premises in the Commonwealth and any propertytherein or thereon and may stop and inspect in a reasonable manner any meansof conveyance moving within the Commonwealth when there is probable cause tobelieve it maintains or carries any noxious weed subject to the provisions ofthis chapter.
