§ 30-218. Commission on Unemployment Compensation; purpose.
The Commission on Unemployment Compensation (the Commission) is establishedin the legislative branch of state government. The purpose of the Commissionis to annually monitor and evaluate Virginia's unemployment compensationsystem relative to the economic health of the Commonwealth.
