§ 32.1-28. When Attorney General to represent Board; special counsel.

The Attorney General shall represent the Board and Commissioner in allactions and proceedings for the enforcement of regulations or orders of theBoard or Commissioner or the provisions of this title except actions orproceedings to which the Commonwealth or any of its agencies or institutionsis a party defendant. Upon approval by the Governor, the Board is authorizedto employ special counsel in such actions or proceedings.
