§ 32.1-102.9. Designation of judge.
The judge of the court to which any appeal is taken as provided in §32.1-102.6 and the judge of the court referred to in § 32.1-102.8 shall bedesignated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court from a circuit otherthan the circuit where the project is or will be under construction, locatedor undertaken.
