§ 32.1-209. Denial, revocation or suspension of permits.
A. The Commissioner may deny, revoke or suspend a permit for a camp when theCommissioner determines that the camp or the proposed operation thereof doesnot conform to or is in violation of any provision of this article or anyapplicable regulations.
B. A new permit shall be issued upon application therefor when the camp is incompliance with the provisions of this article and any applicable regulations.
