§ 32.1-214. New animal hair, feathers and down to be sterilized.
No person shall use in the making, remaking, reupholstering or renovating ofany bedding or upholstered furniture any new animal hair, new feathers or newdown unless such new animal hair, new feathers or new down shall have beensterilized by a reasonable process approved by the Commissioner.
