§ 32.1-237. Effect upon local ordinances, etc.
Ordinances, resolutions or regulations, now or hereafter in effect, of thegoverning body of a county or city relating to by-product, source and specialnuclear materials shall not be superseded by this article, provided that suchordinances or regulations are and continue to be consistent with theprovisions of this article, amendments thereto and regulations thereunder.
