§ 33.1-172. Costs.
Such city or town shall pay out of its own funds all costs incident to allsurveys, plans, specifications, blueprints or other matters relating to therelocation of the highway and the entire cost of acquiring, by purchase or bycondemnation, the right-of-way aforesaid.
