§ 33.1-22. Copies of rules as evidence.

Copies of such rules and regulations and of additions or amendments thereto,printed under the authority of the Commonwealth Transportation Board, shallbe admissible in all of the courts of this Commonwealth without further proofand given the force and effect prescribed hereby and the fact that suchprinted copies bear the name of the Commonwealth Transportation Board shallbe prima facie evidence that they are duly adopted and promulgated under theprovisions hereof and that they are true copies of the rules and regulations,or of any additions and amendments thereto, adopted pursuant to theprovisions of subdivision (3) of § 33.1-12.
