§ 33.1-223.2:9. Comprehensive roadside management program.
The Department shall promulgate regulations for a comprehensive roadsidemanagement program. Such program shall include, but not be limited to,opportunities for participation by individuals, communities, and localgovernments and shall address items to include safety, landscape materials,services, funding, recognition, and appropriate signing.
