§ 33.1-290. Remedies of bondholders and trustee.

Any holder of revenue bonds issued under the provisions of this article orany of the coupons attached thereto and the trustee under the trustindenture, if any, except to the extent the rights herein given may berestricted by resolution passed before the issuance of the bonds or by thetrust indenture, may, either at law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamusor other proceedings protect and enforce any and all rights under the laws ofthe United States or of this Commonwealth or granted hereunder or under suchresolution or trust indenture and may enforce and compel performance of allduties required by this article, or by such resolution or trust indenture, tobe performed by the Commonwealth or by the Board, or any officer thereof,including the fixing, charging, and collecting of tolls for the use of suchproject or projects.
