§ 35.1-12. Emergency orders and regulations; Commissioner vested withauthority of Board.
The Board may make separate orders and regulations to meet any emergency notprovided for by general regulations for the purpose of suppressing conditionsdangerous to the public health and communicable, contagious, and infectiousdiseases.
