§ 37.2-421. Advertising by licensed providers.
The Board shall adopt regulations governing advertising practices of anyprovider licensed pursuant to this article. The regulations shall requirethat any provider's advertisement not contain false or misleading informationor false or misleading representations as to fees charged for services.
