§ 38.2-127. Legal services insurance.
"Legal services insurance" means the assumption of a contractual obligationto reimburse the insured against, or pay on behalf of the insured, all or aportion of his fees, costs, and expenses related to services performed by orunder the supervision of an attorney licensed to practice in the jurisdictionwhere the services are performed.
