§ 38.2-1002. Additional requirements of articles of incorporation; name.
The articles of incorporation for a domestic mutual insurer shall be signedby at least twenty natural persons, a majority of whom are legal residents ofthis Commonwealth. The articles shall, in addition to complying with therequirements of Article 3 (§ 13.1-818 et seq.) of Chapter 10 of Title 13.1,set forth the classes of insurance the insurer proposes to write.
