§ 38.2-1836.1. Authority of Commission to delegate certain functions.
In order to assist in the performance of its duties, the Commission maycontract with nongovernmental entities, including the NAIC or any affiliatesor subsidiaries that the NAIC oversees, to perform any ministerial functions,including licensing examination administration, the collection of feesrelated to producer licensing and appointments, and such other functions asthe Commission may deem appropriate.
