§ 38.2-2412.1. Notice to Department of Criminal Justice Services ofrevocation of property and casualty insurance license.
Whenever the Commission revokes, suspends or otherwise terminates the licenseof any property and casualty agent who is also a licensed surety bailbondsman, it shall immediately give notice of the revocation, suspension ortermination to the Department of Criminal Justice Services.
