§ 38.2-3143. Assessment against insurers whose policies are valued.
The Commission is hereby authorized to assess against every insurer whosepolicies are valued a sum equal to the cost of valuation, which shall be paidinto the state treasury and placed by the Comptroller to the credit of themaintenance fund of the Bureau of Insurance.
