§ 38.2-3321.1. Requirements for those marketing group life insurance.
Insurance marketed to certificate holders of a group that does not qualifypursuant to § 38.2-3318.1 must be marketed by a person holding a valid lifeand health insurance agent license as required by Chapter 18 (§ 38.2-1800 etseq.) of this title.
