§ 38.2-3335. Additional persons becoming eligible.
Each group life insurance policy shall contain a provision that any personwho subsequently becomes a member of a group or class that is covered underthe policy shall be eligible for group life insurance in accordance with thesame requirements as any other member of the group or class.
