§ 38.2-3346. Misstatement of age.

Each industrial life insurance policy shall contain a provision that if,before final settlement of the policy, the age of the insured or the age ofany other person if considered in determining the premium is found to havebeen misstated, the amount payable under the policy shall equal the amountthat the premium would have purchased at the insured's or other person'scorrect age, at the time the policy was issued.
