§ 38.2-3406. Accident and sickness benefits not subject to legal process.
The installment payments to the holder of any accident and sickness insurancepolicy or certificate shall not be subject to the lien of any attachment,garnishment proceeding, writ of fieri facias, or to levy or distress in anymanner for any debt due by the holder of the policy or certificate.
