§ 38.2-3430.8. Certification of coverage.
The provisions of § 38.2-3432.3 shall apply to health insurance coverageoffered by a health insurance issuer in the individual market in the samemanner as they apply to health insurance coverage offered by a healthinsurance issuer in connection with a group health plan in the small or largegroup market.
