§ 38.2-3814. Contracts in writing; fees.

All contracts of any company for insurance or other benefits shall be inwriting. No company or any of its officers or agents shall include in thesum charged a member, any fee, compensation, or other charge. However, alocal medical examiner's fee and a policy fee on accident and sicknesscontracts may be charged.
