4.1-302.1 - Use of alcohol vaporizing devices prohibited; penalty.

§ 4.1-302.1. Use of alcohol vaporizing devices prohibited; penalty.

A. No person shall purchase, offer for sale or use, sell or use any vaporizedform of an alcoholic beverage produced by an alcohol vaporizing device.

B. Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor.
