§ 4.1-353. Label on sealed container prima facie evidence of alcoholiccontent.

In any prosecution for violations of this title, where a sealed container islabeled as containing an alcoholic beverage as defined herein, such labelingshall be prima facie evidence of the alcoholic content of the container.Nothing shall preclude the introduction of other relevant evidence toestablish the alcoholic content of a container, whether sealed or not.
