§ 40.1-51.4:2. Penalty for making false statements, etc.
Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation orcertification in any application, record, report, plan, or other documentfiled or required to be maintained under this title shall upon conviction bepunished by a fine of not more than $10,000, or by imprisonment for not morethan six months or by both.
