§ 42.1-12. Fees for copies made by Library staff.
The Library may, in its discretion, charge and collect such fees as it maydeem reasonable for copies or extracts from any books, papers, records,documents or manuscripts in the Library, made by the Library staff, forpersons applying for the same. The Librarian of Virginia shall keep anaccurate account of all such fees and pay the same into the general fund ofthe state treasury.
