§ 42.1-57. Authority of Library Board to accept and distribute federal funds.
The Library Board is empowered, subject to approval of the Governor, toaccept grants of federal funds for libraries and to allocate such funds tolibraries under any plan approved by the Board and the appropriate federalauthorities. Such allocations shall not be subject to the restrictions ofthis chapter.
