§ 44-49. Where sentences executed.
All sentences to confinement imposed by any military court of thisCommonwealth shall be executed in such penal institutions of the Commonwealthas may be appropriate for similar terms of confinement sentenced forviolations of criminal laws of the Commonwealth.
