§ 44-54.2. Payment of liability of State pursuant to Article III (f) ofcompact.
Upon presentation of a claim therefor by an appropriate authority of a statewhose national guard forces have aided this State pursuant to the compact,any liability of this State pursuant to Article III (f) of the compact shallbe paid out of funds appropriated to the Department of Military Affairs.
