§ 44-94. Exemption from jury duty.
The active officers and members of the National Guard and naval militia shallbe exempt from serving on juries in civil and criminal cases uponpresentation to the clerk of the court of a certificate of such membershipsigned by the commanding officer of the unit of which the person summoned forjury service is a member.
